Fees & availability

Sessions are fifty minutes long and cost £55. I ask that payment is made online prior to each appointment.

When people are going through something difficult, they usually find that meeting weekly over a period of time is really supportive. However, some people find they need longer between sessions to process their feelings or that they get what they need from a one-off session. All of these options are negotiable.

I understand that counselling may be a big step for you so if it seems too daunting to dive straight in to booking a full session, we can organise a brief video call (fifteen minutes) to meet each other. This brief initial consultation is free of charge.

I started working online several years ago as I feel it is an effective and convenient mode of counselling for my clients who live all over the UK. Advantages include:

  • You can be anywhere so long as it is a confidential space, you are stationary, you have good internet connection and are reasonably comfortable using internet technology.
  • Easier to fit in around work
  • Useful if you travel a lot.
  • No travel time or worrying about parking
  • More convenient if you have mobility problems
  • No worries about being seen entering a clinic!

The platform I use is 'whereby' which is very straightforward to use.
